Formula 1 has teamed up with Puma once again, marking their continued partnership since 2023 with the release of a special 75th-anniversary collection. This exclusive line is a tribute to the heritage and racing culture of Formula 1, celebrating “racing excellence, speed, and adrenaline.”
The collection features a range of apparel, including a woven racing jacket and water-repellent motor jacket and pants, all adorned with prominent motorsport graphics. In addition, Puma’s Inhale and Suede XL sneaker models have been given a 75th-anniversary makeover, combining the brand’s classic silhouettes with unique Formula 1-inspired details.
“We are very excited to partner with Formula 1 to celebrate 75 years of racing,” said Thomas Josnik, Vice President of Motorsport at Puma. “This collection merges the timeless spirit of motorsport with modern innovation, offering fans apparel and footwear that truly embodies the thrill of speed.”
Puma has been a staple in the Formula 1 world since 2001, collaborating with teams like Ferrari, Red Bull, Williams, Aston Martin, Sauber, and Mercedes (now working with Adidas). A$AP Rocky serves as the creative director for Puma’s partnership with Formula 1, which earned him the Collaboration of the Year award at the 2024 Fashion Nova Fashion Awards (FNAAs).
“Puma has been a leader in motorsports for decades,” said Arne Freudt, CEO of Puma, when the partnership launched in 2023. “With partners like Ferrari, Red Bull, and Mercedes, and some of the best drivers in the world, Puma has established a dominant position in motorsport. We’re excited to further elevate that position.”
Recently, Puma also celebrated its 20-year partnership with Ferrari at the team’s headquarters in Maranello, Italy. Additionally, Puma is the official supplier of gear to F1 Academy, an all-women single-seater racing championship.
The Puma and Formula 1 75th-anniversary collection is now available on Puma’s website and at select stores. Prices for sneakers range from $110 to $230, while apparel is priced between $45 and $160.
