“We still create our garments in-house, in Colombia, which allows us a higher level of quality control than other companies,” Octavio Quintana, executive vice president of Leonisa, told the New York Post. “We’re a conscious company that makes pieces built to last and puts sustainable growth at the forefront.”
Leonisa’s lineup includes standout styles like the Underwire Shaping Lace Bodysuit ($90), designed to enhance curves with its PowerSlim material, and the Invisible High-Waisted Capri Shaper ($60), a favorite for its sleek, long-leg fit.
“Leonisa’s philosophy is ‘when you feel great, you look great. When you feel great, you can do anything and everything,’” Quintana shared with The Post. The brand prioritizes women’s empowerment by designing garments that celebrate curves without sacrificing comfort. Notably, 60% of Leonisa’s employees are women, many of whom are heads of their households. In addition, every Leonisa employee—both in the U.S. and internationally—receives fair wages and benefits under ethical labor practices.
