Dior’s show at Paris Fashion Week attracted a host of celebrities, including Natalie Portman, Jennifer Garner, Anya Taylor-Joy, Elizabeth Debicki, Rosamund Pike, Ashley Park, Rosalía, and South Korean singer Jisoo. They occupied front-row seats alongside France’s First Lady Brigitte Macron and LVMH’s owners.
The fashion house presented its Spring-Summer 2025 collection in a distinctive manner. Competitive archer and artist Sofia Ginevra Gianní showcased her skills by shooting arrows into a target.
The theme of the show celebrated the strength of women and challenged traditional fashion boundaries. It explored the relationship between the body and clothing, as well as the balance between function and style.
Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri collaborated with Dior Makeup’s Peter Philips to achieve a specific look for the models. Chiuri aimed for a fresh aesthetic, wanting them to appear as if they had just come from a workout or a heroic scene. She emphasized a style that feels accessible, not just for professionals.
The collection predominantly featured black and white designs. As the show concluded, Sofia Ginevra Gianní walked the runway through a plexiglass tunnel, receiving applause for her impressive archery display during the event.
