Seoul is gearing up for the “2025 S/S Seoul Fashion Week,” scheduled from September 3 to 7, with events taking place in key fashion districts: Dongdaemun, Seongsu, and Hannam. In anticipation of this event, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has unveiled a new fashion map highlighting over 30 must-visit fashion and beauty spots in Seongsu and Hannam, two of the city’s emerging fashion hubs.

The fashion map, which is available in both Korean and English, can be easily accessed online through the Seoul Fashion Week website. It is also available at various urban tourist information centers and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).

The Seongsu section of the map includes 36 locations, featuring popular stores from domestic fashion brands like Matin Kim, EQL, and EMPTY. Similarly, the Hannam map highlights 36 notable spots, including the GROVE STORE, SIENNE, and EMIS.

This season’s Seoul Fashion Week will host 21 runway shows over the course of five days. Fourteen of these shows will take place at Art Hall 1, while the remaining seven will be held at Art Hall 2 within the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP).

In addition to the main events, the week will also feature “Off Shows,” where individual designers present their collections at various external venues outside of the official DDP Art Halls. These shows offer attendees the chance to explore a wider variety of brand showcases.

On September 6 and 7, the “Hi Seoul Fashion Show” will spotlight eight emerging designer brands, with dynamic and unique runway presentations taking place at the showroom on the first floor of the DDP Design Lab.

Lee Hae-woo, Director of Seoul’s Economic Policy Office, stated, “We are dedicated to making this Seoul Fashion Week a pivotal event that reinforces Seoul’s standing as a global fashion capital.”
