Hamptons Fashion Week and Hamptons Swim Week kicked off their 2024 edition with a vibrant two-day celebration showcasing fashion, resort wear, footwear, and accessories. The event, organized by DCG Media Group, featured prominent designers such as Phillip Bloch, Snow Xue Gao, Johnny Was, and Tracy Marcus Designs, among others.

A key highlight of this year’s event was the introduction of Hamptons Super Saturday. This curated pop-up style gathering was hosted by Prince Mario Max of Germany, Bella Magazine, and DCG Media Group at the Southampton Inn Ballroom. VIPs, media, and influencers enjoyed a sophisticated shopping experience while exploring a variety of chic brands. An art installation by Art Meso added to the ambiance, and the event emphasized the importance of supporting the Ellen Hermanson Foundation, which provides vital resources for breast cancer survivors in the East End.

The runway event took place in Westhampton Beach, with Phillip Bloch setting the stage for the evening. Bloch, a renowned celebrity stylist and designer, was honored with the Style Icon of the Year Award. His work, which includes collaborations with stars like Nicole Kidman, Halle Berry, and Salma Hayek, was on full display as he showcased his unique collection of embellished sweaters.

CFDA designer and Parsons MFA graduate Snow Xue Gao captivated the audience with her bold, patterned designs. Gao, who has won several prestigious awards including the 2018 LVMH Prize and the Vogue New Generation Award, was recognized as Hamptons Fashion Week’s Designer of the Year.

In addition to Bloch and Gao, Johnny Was and Tracy Marcus Designs presented chic swimwear and resort wear collections, while emerging designer Rajeev showcased versatile day-to-night pieces. Italian luxury footwear brand Moon d’elle received the Accessory of the Year Award for its sophisticated and expertly crafted shoes. Stella & Luna Boutique also impressed the audience with its luxurious handbag collection, offering styles that range from timeless classics to modern designs.

The celebration concluded with an afterparty at BIJOUX in Southampton, hosted by Prince Mario Max and DCG Media Group CEO Dee Rivera. Notable attendees included actress Cornelia Bregman and her daughter Marissa Bregman, along with other fashion industry figures.

The success of this year’s Hamptons Fashion Week has sparked excitement for next year’s event, which promises to continue evolving and inspiring the fashion world.
