Spanish fashion brand Pull&Bear has officially opened its first store in Glasgow, choosing Silverburn shopping centre as its newest location. This launch marks Pull&Bear’s second store in Scotland and continues its broader UK expansion.
The store opened its doors on Thursday, 17 April, taking over the former Topshop unit in a prime location between Mango and River Island. The new space spans 12,740 square feet, offering a spacious shopping environment for fans of the brand.
Founded in 1991 and owned by global fashion group Inditex, Pull&Bear is known for combining global trends with influences from streetwear and club culture. The brand focuses on delivering comfortable, laid-back fashion that appeals to style-conscious young shoppers. Today, Pull&Bear operates nearly 1,100 stores worldwide.
The opening comes amid a wave of new additions to Silverburn’s retail portfolio. Recent arrivals include Zara’s flagship store, Hotel Chocolat, and Black Sheep Coffee. The centre is also preparing to welcome more newcomers, such as luxury beauty retailer H beauty, entertainment venue King Pins, and fellow Inditex brand Bershka.
David Pierotti, General Manager of Silverburn, expressed enthusiasm about the new addition:
“We’re proud to be the first West of Scotland location to welcome Pull&Bear and showcase the brand’s signature street-inspired casualwear, which is bound to be a hit with young fashion-forward shoppers.
With Bershka set to follow later this year, this further solidifies Silverburn as Glasgow’s leading retail and leisure destination offering a best-in-class experience and bringing world-renowned brands to our guests.”
Pull&Bear’s arrival highlights Silverburn’s continued growth as a premier shopping and lifestyle hub, strengthening its appeal to both local visitors and tourists alike.
