Formula 1 star Franco Colapinto has officially announced the upcoming launch of a collaborative clothing line with the Spanish fashion label Scalpers Academy. The news was revealed through a lighthearted promotional video shared on the Argentine driver’s Instagram account.
Colapinto, who currently serves as a reserve driver for the French Alpine F1 team, is the face of Scalpers Academy’s latest campaign. The new clothing collection, designed in tribute to Colapinto, will be released soon as part of this partnership.
The promotional video features the driver racing through the streets of Monza in a Ford Mustang, only to be pulled over by a police officer for speeding. In a comedic twist, Colapinto is handcuffed and escorted into a police vehicle, adding flair to the campaign’s presentation.
Scalpers Academy has been working with Colapinto since September 2024. With more than 240 stores across five countries, the Spanish brand is now looking to expand its footprint into Latin America, leveraging the F1 driver’s popularity to drive growth in the region.
While the clothing line has been confirmed, an official release date for the collection has not yet been announced.
