Occasionwear label Six Stories has announced a key leadership appointment as it continues its rapid growth trajectory. The brand has named a new Head of Brand, aligning with its ambitious plans for international expansion and ongoing collection launches.
The company, which recently closed its latest financial year with eight-figure revenue, has secured a place on The Sunday Times 100 Fastest-Growing Companies list—an indication of its rising success in the fashion industry.
Founder Lucy Menghini explained that the appointment is a strategic move to support the brand’s global growth. With new collections dropping every six weeks, Six Stories is expanding its reach and presence across major international markets.
The newly appointed Head of Brand, Beckie Turnbull, brings over 14 years of experience in the fashion sector, with a strong background in brand development, marketing, and creative direction. She has previously collaborated with several fast-growing fashion brands, helping to craft brand identities and amplify storytelling across diverse media platforms.
“This is a huge moment for Six Stories,” said Menghini, who formerly held the role of Marketing Director at Steven Bartlett’s Social Chain. “Beckie brings the clarity, creativity, and strategic thinking we need as we scale.”
The brand recently expanded into the U.S. and European markets and is preparing for its Australian launch through leading online retailer The Iconic. Six Stories is also stocked by major platforms such as ASOS, Very, and Next, along with the prestigious department store Selfridges.
This leadership addition is expected to play a vital role in strengthening the brand’s identity and international presence as Six Stories enters a new phase of dynamic growth.
