Miami Swim Week – The Shows 2025 is set to take place from May 28 through June 1 at the Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach. This highly anticipated fashion event features more than 50 individual activations across 20 satellite locations and will include participation from over 150 national and international designers, models, and celebrities. A new initiative, Miami Swim Week Cares, is being introduced this year to reinforce the event’s focus on fashion, sustainability, and social responsibility.
This year’s lineup of designers includes a broad spectrum of talent and creativity. Featured brands such as Moda Minx, Megan Mea Miami, Lemango, Noblesse Privée, Lascana, Smart Swimsuits, Harti Swim, Mars the Label, Autty Simone, Nur Karaata, Delarose Sisters, Axii Swim, Everlast, Liberty & Justice, Baiah, Normal Culture, Elle Swimwear, Ema Savahl, and Amarotto Swimwear will all take part. Brand sponsors Renuvion and Australian Gold will also contribute to the show’s success. Notably, Melissa Odabash will celebrate her 25th anniversary with a special collection showcase on May 30 at the Bass Museum.
The week includes a rich mix of events, from exclusive launch parties such as the one at Fabel Miami Rooftop to impactful panel discussions under the “Next Impact” series at the Bass Museum. Wellness and fitness also take center stage with events like Everlast’s brand activation and the Swim Fit Wellness activation at Nikki Beach. The “Summer Love Fashion Show” at Seaspice Miami is also among the highlights.
The Hammock Resort and Swimwear Trade Show will present an opportunity for both established and emerging brands to meet international buyers. A sustainability-focused competition for emerging designers will provide a valuable platform for creators prioritizing eco-conscious materials, ethical production, and circular fashion. Attendees can also expect cruelty-free and conscious beauty activations, and the event will include a Miami Beach shoreline cleanup to reinforce its environmental mission.
Furthering its commitment to community engagement, Miami Swim Week – The Shows will open with a runway event benefiting The Little Lighthouse Foundation’s back-to-school program. The event will also support international designers by providing broader exposure and opportunities within the U.S. market.
According to Moh Ducis, founder and CEO of Miami Swim Week – The Shows, the introduction of the Miami Swim Week Cares initiative sets a new precedent for fashion exhibitions by placing emphasis on sustainability, wellness, and purposeful networking. He emphasized that this season’s event is not only about presenting fashion, but also about shaping the future of the industry through intentional change and meaningful impact.
The centerpiece of the week—the runway shows—will commence on May 28 and span the duration of the five-day event at the Mondrian South Beach. A variety of celebrated swimwear labels will present their latest collections, including Azulu, Leslie Amon, Luli Fama, Maaji, Dippin Daisy’s, Kulani Kinis, Monday Swimwear, Oceanus, Oh Polly Swim, Peixoto, Rielli, Shan, and Sigal. Complementing the shows will be networking cocktails, private brunches for influencers and media, and industry parties.
For the first time, Paraiso Miami Swim Week will formally honor key innovators and leaders within the swimwear industry. Earlier this month, Paraiso Miami Swim Week also secured a legal victory in a trademark dispute. A court ruling canceled a trademark registration previously held by DC Swim Week-Miami Swim Week The Shows, which had allegedly led to market confusion.
Meanwhile, legal action is being pursued to further protect the Miami Swim Week trademark. The law firms of Elysa Galloway and Charlotte Towne Law, known collectively as The Mermaid Lawyer, have filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of DCSW Group LLC to enforce trademark rights and safeguard the integrity of the event’s brand identity.
